Q2: Are your products new and covered by warranty?
Yes—everything is brand new and includes a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty for defects.

Q3: How do I place an order?
Add items to cart and checkout securely via Whop Secure Gateway (card payments). You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Q4: Do you offer free shipping?
✅ Yes. Free UK shipping on all orders.

Q5: How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–3 business days. Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Q6: Which couriers do you use?
We partner with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and Parcelforce.

Q7: Will I get tracking?
Yes—your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Q8: What’s your return policy?

Q9: How long do refunds take?
Once the return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Q10: My lawn mower/fridge arrived damaged—what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q11: Do Keter products include assembly instructions?
Yes—printed instructions are included. Need a digital copy? Email us and we’ll send it.

Q12: Do you offer installation?
We don’t currently offer installation, but we can share setup tips and manufacturer guides—just ask.

All payments are processed via Whop Secure Checkout (credit/debit cards). Transactions are SSL-encrypted.

📦 Order Changes & Cancellations

Q15: Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been processed, we can update it. Contact us ASAP with your order number.

Q16: Can I cancel my order?
If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund you. If dispatched, please use our returns process.
